Event Service Agreement – Delhi/NCR
This agreement is between Sagun decor (The Service Provider) and The Client. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Work
We provide event decor, management, and rental services within the Delhi-NCR region. The specific details of the decor and services will be as per the invoice generated at the time of booking.
2. Site Access & Setup
- Access: The client must ensure that our team has access to the venue at least [4-6 hours] prior to the event start time.
- Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or “No Objection Certificates” (NOC) from venue owners, local authorities, or RWAs in Delhi/NCR.
- Electricity: The client must provide a stable power supply for lighting and AV equipment.
3. Safety and Variations
- We prioritize safety in all our installations.
- Since we deal with fresh flowers and creative setups, minor variations from the reference images may occur due to seasonal availability in the local mandis (like Ghazipur Flower Market).
4. Travel and Logistics
Our standard rates apply to Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. Locations in Outer NCR (e.g., Manesar, Greater Noida, or Sonipat) may incur an additional transportation surcharge.
