Payment Terms (India/NCR)
- Booking Amount: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the date.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be cleared [2 days] before the event date or upon the arrival of the team at the venue (before setup starts).
- We accept Payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
We block our dates and purchase materials (flowers, customized props) in advance. Therefore:
- Cancellation > 15 days before event: 25% of the total amount will be deducted.
- Cancellation < 7 days before event: The advance amount is strictly non-refundable.
- Postponement: If you move the date, it is subject to our availability and a rescheduling fee may apply.
3. Damage & Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be charged for high-end prop rentals or luxury furniture.
- Any breakage, permanent stains on linens, or missing items will be charged at the actual replacement cost.
4. Outdoor Events (Weather Policy)
In case of sudden rain or dust storms (common in Delhi-NCR), [Sagun decor] will not be responsible for damage to decor that is placed in open areas. We recommend having a backup indoor space or waterproof tenting.
